Food Safety
MSU Extension food safety programming provides research-based educational programs,
information and materials designed to help the public and food-related businesses
understand issues related to preventing food-related illness, home food preservation
and preparation. Issues that concern food processing services and agricultural industries
can also be addressed with research-based information from Michigan State University
and the USDA.
